A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 25% of the entire stay is payable at the time of booking. Reservations requests will not be confirmed unless and until this deposit is received by the Management within a time period as specified during the time of booking.
Full payment for the duration of stay is expected at check-in. Any date changes / cancellations or amendments to the accommodation booking are not refundable under any circumstances.
Arrival & Departure timesReservations/Check-in commences at Noon on the day of arrival and guests are required to check-out before Noon on the day of departure. An extra night's stay will be charged for any additional hours after Noon on the day of departure.
Loss or damageThe Management cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to guests� personal effects or luggage, howsoever caused. Guests should ensure their Travel Insurance covers all such risks.
Damage BondThe Management requires a damage bond against damage or breakage in all cases without any exceptions. This is equivalent to the rate for one night's stay in the apartment booked. The damage bond will be refunded on the day of departure, after inspection of the accommodation.
Except in the case of normal wear and tear, guests will be responsible for making good any damage to the apartment or its contents which has occurred due to negligence, willful damage or irresponsible behavior on the part of those occupying the apartment. Such damage must be reported, without delay to the apartment management.
Guests are responsible for taking all reasonable care of the accommodation and its contents. The cost of the repair or replacement will be deducted from the Damage Bond. If the latter is insufficient to cover the respective costs, the Management reserves the right to request a deposit to cover the same, and the remainder of the stay.
Rights of AccessThe apartment representatives or their subcontractors have the right of access to the apartments at any time, with due regard to the convenience of the guest, for the purpose of inspection of the property and to carry out any essential repair or maintenance work that may occur.
Injury and DamageNeither we, nor the apartment representatives, take any liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising during the booking period.
Maximum Number of PersonsMaximum occupancy for both types of apartments is 2 persons. The two-bedroomed apartment may accommodate upto 4 persons, however an additional surcharge of 50% of the existing rate will apply for occupancy above 2 persons. Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons specified occupy the apartment except by prior agreement with the apartments. The Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to the apartment to the guest and their party if they are in breach of this condition. Additionally, the guest will be charged a penalty amount as dictated by the excess number of persons and number of nights shared.
